What They Need
The ideal leader brings 3 to 5 years of recent acute care Emergency Department leadership experience. You must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing or a Nursing Diploma from an accredited institution and be currently enrolled in a BSN program. A valid Florida RN license or appropriate compact licensure is required. You will oversee a dedicated team of over 55 FTEs within a 44-bed unit that manages 140 to 180 daily visits. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day operational oversight, conflict resolution, staff development, and active collaboration with the medical staff to ensure seamless, high-quality patient outcomes during the critical evening shift.
