What They Need
Clinical Expertise: A Registered Nurse (RN) with at least one year of Emergency Room experience in an acute care setting.
Adaptability: Med-Surg nurses with a strong desire to cross-train into the ER are encouraged to apply for night shift opportunities.
Licensure: Active Virginia RN license or a multi-state compact license.
Education: A Diploma or Associates degree in Nursing is required; BSN enrollment or completion is preferred.
Certification: Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
