WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Clinical Expertise: A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with a Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
Emergency Readiness: Ability to obtain ACLS and BCLS within 30 days of hire.
Patient Advocacy: A commitment to the "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage" model of care.
Specialized Training: Willingness to complete Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within your first year.
Compassionate Communication: The ability to translate complex medical data into understandable guidance for families in crisis.
