Are you ready to shape the future of emergency services in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment? We’re looking for a driven and experienced Director of Emergency Services

to lead a dynamic team at a state-of-the-art 500+ bed facility. You’ll oversee a 28-bed ER and two Free-Standing Emergency Departments (FSEDs), managing over 250 daily visits across sites.

With no weekend shifts, you’ll enjoy work-life balance while taking charge of a Level II Trauma Center that’s redefining quality care. The department boasts a robust leadership structure with four managers reporting directly to this role.

Must-Have Qualifications:

--Active RN License in Virginia (or compact)

--3+ years of ER leadership experience (Director level required)

--ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), BLS certifications

--BSN required; Master’s (MSN, MBA, MHA) preferred
