Are you ready to take your emergency leadership skills to the next level? A high-performing, award-winning facility is seeking an experienced Director of Emergency Services

to oversee its Main ED and two Free-Standing Emergency Departments (FSEDs).

This Level III Trauma Center hospital (with goals to advance to Level II) boasts a CMS 5-star rating, cutting-edge surgical technology, and a collaborative medical director partnership. You'll manage ~75 FTEs across departments averaging 100+ daily visits at the main ED and growing volumes at FSEDs.

Highlights:

--Shift:Full-time, Days

--Bonus:Up to 22.5% performance-based incentive

--Facility:117-bed hospital + 2 FSEDs

--Specialties:Advanced ortho/spine, robotic surgery, cardiology

--Support:Reports directly to CNO with strong executive backing

Required Certifications:

--RN Licensure (state-specific)

--BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC

Preferred Qualifications:

--Master's Degree (MSN, MBA, or MHA)

--3+ years of acute care ED Director experience or Manager ready to step up
