Step into a pivotal leadership role where your emergency room expertise transforms lives every day. We're seeking an accomplished RN Manager – Emergency Room ready to drive excellence, lead dedicated teams, and elevate patient care in a high-acuity environment.

Key Highlights: Position: RN Manager – Emergency Room

Shifts Available: Main ED: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Schedule: Full-time,No Weekends

Sign-On Bonus: Up to$15,000

Relocation Assistance: $1,500

Your Role:

--Lead and supervise daily ER operations in the absence of the Director.

--Plan and allocate resources, ensuring team readiness and quality care.

--Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and training.

--Cultivate collaboration across departments for seamless patient experiences.

Required Credentials:

--RN Licensure in VA or compact state.

--AHA BLS Certification (required)

--Trauma Nursing Core Course

--ACLS & PALS (or Instructor level) within 1 year of hire

--Must have ER management experience

Preferred:

--BSN or active enrollment in a BSN program.
