This full-time RN Emergency Room opportunity offers multiple shift options—Days, Evenings, Nights, or Mixed—with rotating weekends. You'll thrive in a 500+ bed, fast-paced acute care setting, managing a wide range of cases from minor injuries to critical illnesses. Work alongside dedicated colleagues and supportive leadership who are passionate about your success.

Highlights:

--Shift: Night (rotating weekends)

--Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 with a 2-year commitment

--Relocation Bonus: Up to $1,500

--Differentials: Night Shift - $3.00/hr | Weekend Day Shift - $3.00/hr | Weekend Night Shift - $7.00/hr

--Required: RN Licensure (Virginia or compact), American Heart Association BLS Certification

--Preferred: BSN or active BSN enrollment

--Experience: 1+ year RN ER in acute care (preferred), or Med/Surg nurses eligible to cross-train for Night shifts
