What They Need
Clinical Expertise: At least one year of experience in an Acute Care Emergency Department setting.
Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Academic Foundation: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) at minimum.
Life Support Certifications: Ability to obtain BCLS, ACLS, and PALS within 30 days of hire.
The Mindset: A proactive advocate who masters the “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage” model of patient care.
