What They Need

Clinical Expertise: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.

Leadership Track Record: At least 1 year of recent experience at the Manager or Director level within a hospital setting.

Pediatric & ER Foundation: 3+ years of recent Emergency Room experience and 3–5 years of specific Pediatric clinical experience (Note: NICU or L&D experience is not applicable for this role).

Strategic Mindset: The ability to manage a high-volume unit (112 average daily visits), oversee departmental budgets, and ensure seamless patient throughput.
