This is a senior Emergency Services leadership opportunity for a proven ED Director ready to take ownership of quality, culture, and growth in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. What you’ll bring
You’ll bring recent Director-level Emergency Department experience, or be a highly accomplished ED Manager ready for the next step, with clear metrics and accomplishments. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. You should have at least three years of recent ED experience and a demonstrated ability to lead through high EMS volume, critical patient acuity, staffing optimization, and throughput challenges. Strong operational command, comfort with Meditech, and a leadership presence that drives accountability and engagement are essential.
