What they need
Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of recent acute care emergency department leadership experience (ED Charge Nurse experience acceptable); strong ICU charge experience may be considered
Current BLS certification; ACLS within 60 days of start
NIH Stroke Scale and PALS within 90 days of start
Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses or TNCC within 6 months
Comfort managing difficult conversations, coaching staff, and building trust across all shifts
Hands-on leadership style with willingness to assist clinically when needed
