Lead the future of emergency services at a high-performing freestanding emergency department where your leadership directly shapes patient care, team culture, and service excellence.
In this full-time days role, you will guide operations for two freestanding emergency locations, providing strategic oversight, elevating clinical standards, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. You’ll join a team of emergency-trained professionals who value communication, engagement, and high-quality care delivery.
The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree in nursing, an active RN license, and at least three years of emergency services experience. A master’s degree and prior leadership experience are preferred. You should be skilled in personnel management, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, and building strong interdepartmental relationships. ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and BLS certifications are required. You will lead day-to-day operations at a primary site while supporting a second freestanding location nearby, ensuring consistency, compliance, and exceptional patient care.
