As Director of Emergency Services, you’ll step into a dynamic, full-time days role overseeing a large, fast-paced ED with strong performance metrics, excellent patient experience scores, and a deeply engaged team. The organization offers robust leadership support, outstanding engagement culture, opportunities for growth, case-by-case relocation assistance, and the ability to influence expansion and strategic development within a high-volume setting.

They’re seeking a seasoned emergency services leader who brings a bachelor’s degree in nursing (master’s preferred), proven leadership experience, and the clinical judgment to guide teams in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll oversee staffing, operations, budgeting, performance improvement, throughput, compliance, service excellence, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Experience leading large teams, driving quality outcomes, and managing high-volume environments is essential. This is a day-shift, no-weekends leadership role supporting a 378-bed facility with 29 ED beds, Level IV trauma operations, and approximately 50,000 annual visits.
