What You’ll Bring:
You’re a proven emergency services leader ready to elevate performance and drive outcomes. A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required, and a Master’s degree is preferred. You should have at least three years of Director-level ER leadership in an acute care setting, along with strong operational oversight experience. The department averages 220 daily visits across 45 main ER beds and multiple freestanding emergency centers. Knowledge of Meditech, performance improvement, and team development will set you apart.
