What You’ll Bring:
We’re seeking a proven emergency services leader—either a seasoned Director or a strong Manager ready to step up—who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. You should hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing (Master’s preferred) with at least one year of relevant leadership experience and a track record of measurable outcomes. Expect to lead a 28-bed Level III Trauma Emergency Department, overseeing 60+ FTEs and 35K–45K annual visits. Energetic, team-oriented leadership and a passion for improving quality, service, and efficiency are key.
