What They Need

An active Registered Nurse license with an Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing.

At least two years of recent Acute Care Emergency Department Charge RN or leadership experience within the last calendar year.

A strong, proactive leader to manage a vital team of Paramedics, unit secretaries, and emergency technicians across a sprawling 64-bed unit.

Comprehensive clinical competence with the ability to obtain BCLS within 30 days, ACLS within 90 days, and both ENPC and TNCC within one year of your start date.

An operationally minded strategist capable of managing departmental budgets, maintaining strict regulatory compliance, and driving staff recruitment, training, and retention.
