What’s Needed
This role requires a current Missouri or compact state RN license, BLS and ACLS certification at hire, and either ENPC or PALS plus TNCC or ATCN within one year. A minimum of two years’ recent acute care emergency department management experience is essential. You’ll provide direct leadership over the main Emergency Department on a dayshift schedule, collaborating closely with physicians and department leaders to assure top-quality patient care and team performance.
