What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

Active RN license (or compact) and ED leadership experience—very recent ED manager experience will be considered

Demonstrated ability to drive quality outcomes and list measurable achievements

Proven skills in team building, forecasting, and policy implementation
