What’s Needed:
3+ years of recent acute care Emergency Department leadership (Director or large-unit Manager).
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
Proven ability to manage large teams (150+ FTEs) in a high-volume ED setting.
Expertise in trauma, throughput, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
Experience collaborating at the executive level and reporting into COO or equivalent.
