What’s Needed:
2+ years of recent acute care Director-level ED experience (may consider strong Manager with director-level oversight).
Proven track record of delivering strong metrics and outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree required; BSN and/or Master’s degree preferred.
Ability to lead ~115 FTEs in a 25-bed main ED plus one of the busiest free-standing ERs in the system.
Expertise in managing complex stroke, cardiac, and burn programs while driving quality, efficiency, and growth.
