What we’re looking for:
At least 3 years of recent acute care ED Director or Manager experience
Bachelor’s degree (Nursing preferred); Master’s degree highly valued
Strong leadership experience with oversight of 70+ FTEs and high-volume ED visits (100–120 daily)
Proven success in operational leadership, staff development, and performance improvement
Passion for building teams, elevating patient care, and driving innovation in emergency services
