What You Bring:
Bachelor’s in Nursing (required); Master’s preferred.
Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Department leadership at the Director or strong Manager level.
Experience leading 75–100+ team members across multiple sites or service lines.
Passion for elevating patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and operational performance.
Strategic and budget-savvy leadership with a track record of ED growth and service improvement.
