🎓What We Need:
2+ years of recent Director-level Emergency Department experience (or 3-5 years in an ED manager role)
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, Master’s preferred
ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required
Proven track record of operational excellence and team leadership in a high-volume ED
Ability to drive quality patient care and improve departmental performance
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff, patients, and leadership
