What We Need:
🔗RN license (current and unrestricted)
🔗BSN required; Master’s in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare preferred
🔗Minimum 3 years’ experience in emergency services
🔗At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
🔗Proven ability to drive operational excellence and staff engagement
🔗ACLS, BLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications
🔗A hands-on leader passionate about innovation, compliance, and outcomes
