Are you a dynamic, experienced leader ready to take charge of a high-volume, fast-paced Emergency Department? This role is your chance to step into a senior leadership position overseeing a 29-bed ER that sees approximately 150 patients daily.

As Director of Emergency Services, you’ll be driving clinical excellence, staff development, and strategic growth within one of the busiest ERs in the region. You’ll coach your team, optimize performance, and shape the department's culture—all while advancing patient-centered care.

What you’ll need:

--RN license (active and in good standing).

--Bachelor’s in Nursing required, Master’s in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Admin preferred.

--Minimum of 3-5 years of acute care leadership experience in an ED setting.

--Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and either PALS or ENPC required.
