This is a rare executive opportunity for a proven emergency services leader ready to shape the future of high-volume emergency care across multiple sites. As Vice President of Emergency Services, you will have enterprise-level influence, full operational authority, and the platform to elevate quality, throughput, growth, and culture across adult, pediatric, and freestanding emergency departments.

What they need
A senior emergency services leader with recent Director-level experience in acute care emergency departments
Minimum of 5 years of Director of Emergency Services experience within the last year
Proven leadership in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center environment
Demonstrated success managing emergency departments with annual volumes of 80,000+ visits
Bachelor’s degree and BSN required; Master’s degree required
Active RN license (or compact license) in good standing
BLS certification required
Strong command of quality, patient flow, labor management, financial stewardship, physician alignment, and large-team leadership
