What we’re looking for:
🩺Proven leadership in a large, high-volume ER setting
🩺3+ years of ER clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
🩺Active RN license and current certifications in ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), and BLS
🩺BSN required; MSN or MHA preferred
🩺Track record of leading patient experience initiatives, driving performance metrics, and mentoring high-performing teams
