What We’re Looking For:
🌟A Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) is required; Master’s in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business preferred.
🌟Active RN license with current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC.
🌟A minimum of 3 years of hands-on emergency services experience.
🌟Proven success in team leadership, operations, and regulatory compliance.
🌟Passion for evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and fostering employee engagement.
