We’re seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN with a strong clinical foundation and the ability to stay cool under pressure. In this role, you'll provide rapid triage and treatment to patients of all ages, from minor injuries to life-threatening trauma cases, within a state-of-the-art Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center.

Available Shifts:

--Night Shift (Rotating Weekends) –Eligible for $20,000 Sign-On Bonus!

What You’ll Do:

--Triage and treat diverse emergency cases

--Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

--Deliver critical nursing interventions with confidence and skill

--Provide follow-up care and patient education

Required Qualifications:

--1+ year recent acute care RN experience (ED, ICU, PCU)

--Active Florida RN license or approved compact license (60-day transfer window)

--BLS (within 30 days of start)

--ACLS (within 90 days)

--PALS (within 90 days)

--ENPC & TNCC (within 6 months)

--CPI (within 6 months)

Preferred:

--Prior paramedic experience
