We’re looking for an experienced Emergency Room RN with at least 3 years of acute care ER experience to step into a dynamic environment where clinical excellence meets compassionate care. You’ll thrive on rotating weekends, choosing between night or mixed shifts, and enjoy working with a collaborative, high-performing team.

This full-time role provides the opportunity to work with advanced cardiac and stroke-certified services, pediatric and adult ER, and the region’s only Level III NICU and PICU backup support. You’ll be the crucial link in a facility that prioritizes safety, integrity, and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications Required:

--Active FL RN license or compact license (FL license required within 90 days if out-of-state)

--ADN or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred)

--Current BLS from AHA or ARC (within 30 days of hire)

--3+ years of recent acute care ER RN experience
