As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) in the Emergency Room, you will be at the heart of patient care, providing leadership and support to a dynamic team while ensuring the highest quality of care and efficient departmental operations. This is a unique opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with leadership skills, all while making a direct impact on patient outcomes.
In this role, you’ll guide and mentor the nursing team, manage resources, and ensure compliance with protocols. You will assess and develop care plans, foster continuous professional development for the team, and collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals. You’ll also play a key role in identifying areas for quality improvement, ensuring that every patient receives exceptional care.
Shift: 12-hour days
Sign-On Bonus: $15K
Required Certifications:
Active RN license, BLS, ACLS
Preferred Certifications:
TNCC, ENPC, or other emergency nursing certifications
