In one of the busiest trauma centers in Tennessee, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing a fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department while still making direct impact at the bedside. 🎓What We’re Looking For:

Current RN licensure in Tennessee or compact state

Associate’s degree required; BSN preferred

Minimum 2 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in the Emergency Department

BLS required; ACLS and PALS within 1 year; CPI within 6 months

Strong leadership skills, team coordination, and passion for patient-first care
