Administrative Director of Emergency Services – Lead High-Impact Emergency Care

What they need
They are seeking an experienced emergency services leader with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration. An active or eligible RN license is required, along with ACLS and PALS certifications. Candidates must bring at least three years of emergency services experience and five or more years in progressive leadership roles. Experience overseeing high-volume emergency departments, trauma services, freestanding ERs, and complex staffing models is essential. Familiarity with Meditech is strongly preferred, as is CEN or TNCC certification.
