What They Need
A current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license for the State of Texas.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; a Master’s Degree is highly preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of acute care clinical experience, backed by 3 to 5 years of progressive management experience as a manager or director within an Emergency Department environment.
Proven expertise in patient placement, case management, or house officer operations, with a strong grasp of 24/7 resource allocation and budget management.
A transformative leader dedicated to maintaining positive interdepartmental relationships and executing continuous quality monitoring.
