What We Need:
We’re seeking a proven nurse leader with at least 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting as a manager or charge nurse. Candidates should hold a current nursing license in their state of practice and be CPR certified. A bachelor’s degree in nursing or a healthcare-related field is required; an MSN or master’s degree is preferred. You’ll oversee 24/7 operations of a busy emergency department serving approximately 27,300 visits annually, with 38 beds, 2 trauma bays, and a fast-paced caseload of 8–15 traumas daily. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, operational acumen, and the ability to inspire and support a diverse team of about 60 employees.
