What We Need:
Current California RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
TNCC and ENPC within 6 months of hire (instructor preferred for TNCC)
3–5 years of Emergency or Critical Care experience preferred
Strong leadership skills to direct trauma services, oversee budgets and staffing, and drive quality improvement initiatives
Ability to develop and implement education and prevention programs while maintaining meticulous trauma registry data
