What We Need:

Leadership Expertise:You’ll be responsible for leading multiple ER units, ensuring high-quality nursing care, and supporting a collaborative team of healthcare professionals.

Education & Certifications: A current RN license is required, along with a Bachelor’s in Nursing (MSN preferred). AHA BLS certification is also needed.

Experience:At least 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment, ideally in ER settings. Your leadership will empower the team and elevate patient care.

Team Player:Ability to inspire, manage, and develop nursing staff while working closely with the senior executive leadership.
