What we’re looking for:
✳️Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field (required)
✳️Active NYS RN license
✳️3+ years as an Emergency Department RN and at least 1 year of Nurse Manager experience
✳️Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (via RQI); CPI within 90 days; TNCC within 18 months
✳️Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a working knowledge of Joint Commission standards
✳️Preferred: Certified Emergency Nurse, experience with Meditech and Microsoft Office Suite
