What They Need
Educational Foundation: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
Active Credentials: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license for North Carolina or an active eNLC Compact license, plus current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
Clinical Expertise: Minimum of five years of recent acute care nursing experience, with at least two years in a relevant hospital clinical setting.
Leadership Background: Demonstrated experience managing personnel, budgets, and clinical workflows, with the ability to lead 200+ FTEs alongside a collaborative management team.
Operational Agility: Willingness to own the 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM night shift, including rotating weekend coverage, maintaining regulatory compliance and exceptional care standards.
