Executive Support & Stability: Lead a highly stable, well-staffed department featuring four dedicated Charge Nurse Coordinators to support your daily operations.

Comprehensive Relocation Package: Up to $25,000 in relocation assistance ($15,000 lump sum plus up to $10,000 for moving household goods for homeowners; structured packages available for renters).

Performance-Driven Incentives: Executive bonus incentive structure ranging from 17.5% to 26.25% based on performance metrics and facility goals.

Strategic Scope: Direct oversight focused specifically on the main hospital's 32-bed emergency department, maintaining a balanced regional footprint with peer director cross-coverage.

What They Need

Proven Leadership: A minimum of 3 years of dedicated Emergency Department management or directorship experience within an acute care hospital setting is strictly required (5+ years preferred).

Educational Foundation: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business is highly preferred.

Clinical Identity: Strong capability to implement evidence-based practices, manage variations in clinical performance, and optimize patient throughput and flow.

Regulatory Command: In-depth knowledge of legal, state, and national regulatory healthcare standards to maintain seamless compliance and top-tier accreditations.
