What They Need

Proven Academic & Professional Foundation: A required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), with a Master’s degree preferred, paired with a rock-solid, stable tenure history devoid of frequent job-hopping.

Elite Trauma Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of active, high-volume director-level management experience specifically inside a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center.

Deep Emergency Expertise: Over 5 years of core clinical experience in Emergency Services, demonstrating quantifiable improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs), efficiency metrics, and patient safety outcomes.

Regulatory & Operational Mastery: Advanced, hands-on knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance standards, budget forecasting, and structured labor relations management.
