What They Need
An active Registered Nurse (RN) license for Missouri or an active compact/multistate license.
A minimum of 2 years of recent acute care Emergency Department management or supervisory experience.
Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications upon hire.
ENPC or PALS certification upon hire, alongside TNCC or ATCN certification achieved within the first year.
A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Nursing, combined with a strong track record of budgetary compliance, regulatory readiness, and staff development.
