What They Need:

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strictly required; a Master’s degree is highly preferred to align with our executive benchmarks.

A minimum of 3 to 5+ years of current, dedicated experience as an Emergency Department Director overseeing large-scale, multi-site, or high-volume trauma environments.

Proven operational mastery over extensive teams, including the management of approximately 100 FTEs and multi-layered management structures.

A metrics-driven professional who can clearly demonstrate history-making achievements in patient throughput, labor management, and clinical quality outcomes.

Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance, legal standards, and evidence-based practice implementation within Level IV trauma or equivalent networks.
